ASDEA is a leader in the market of existing buildings thanks to the dedication and care given to the application of the most innovative techniques of intervention and the use of sustainable materials, as well as sensitivity to the preservation of historical architectural heritage sites. ASDEA has carried out numerous preservation projects, including the recovery and reuse of a former winery complex in Città Sant'Angelo (PE) and the project to improve the seismic building called "Ex- GI Male" located in the Municipality of L'Aquila and built in 1932 to be designated as the seat of the National Table.

One of the most important aspects of a structural analysis on existing buildings consists of an appropriate design of the campaign of structural investigations.
